Real Estate News: Total Care Realty to Use ‘True Virtual Tour’ with the Help of 3D Technology

Total Care Realty is proud to announce that their company is bringing home buying and selling to the next level, by giving their clients a chance to view the home through a 'true virtual tour' with the help of 3D technology.

The new immersive experience technology allows homebuyers to take a high-definition walkthrough of Total Care Realty's homes listed for sale.

"Most companies just have pictures, a slideshow, or maybe even a video in which the person with the camera controls what you see and when. With a 3D scan of a home you can determine where you virtually walk and what you want to see. You can walk to the window and look out if you desire and it is all exactly to scale," said Larry Story, owner and founder of Total Care Realty, LLC. "Upgrades in progress and coming soon will allow the buyer to measure walls, change wall colors, therefore being able to visualize if the home is right for them. The equipment is being made available in all types of media. There are even 3D scanners for iPads. The 'camera' we use actually has 6 camera eyes and 3 laser eyes. It is paired with proprietary software that uses the lasers to build a 3D model and then lays the pictures over the top of that model."

According to their press release in PR Newswire, the three-dimesion tours offered by Total Care Realty make the present "virtual tours" and two-dimensional photos look mundane. The 'true virtual tour' of Total Care Realty gives a realistic showcase of the homes from every angle.

Total Care Realty is born out of an idea that real estate brokers should do more and be more for their clients. They dubbed themselves as your 'Personal Concierge Realtors' and build on old-fashioned customer service, while being innovative, and taking advantage of the newest technology to better serve their clients.
