The 5,000-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. The house is set behind a high wall and secured with a state-of-the-art surveillance cameras, and appears to be a fairly modest single-story residence as reported by Variety news.
Current listing shows that the four full stories domicile - originally built in 1924, was extensively remodeled by the previous owner, and refreshed by Chris Hardwick, and currently described as a "European inspired farmhouse style gem".
The living and dining room feature a minimalist-minded concrete fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and exposed wood beams. The glass doors at the end of the dining room connect to slender balconies with hand forged wrought iron railings where you have a great view of fascinating vistas over Bronson Canyon.
The spacious kitchen of the bachelor pad also has a vaulted and sky-lit ceiling, and is fitted with high-end appliances and slab marble counter tops on a 100-year old wood cabinetry.
The master bedroom has great features of narrow wood beams across the ceiling, a walk-in closet with reclaimed wood built-in dressers, French doors to a private terrace, and an attached bathroom with antique floor tiles, a carved wood vanity, and a glass-enclosed steam shower.
