Elvis Dumervil, the Baltimore Ravens' linebacker, has reportedly put his home in Parkland, Fla., up for sale with a $2.3 million asking price - the same price he paid for it just eight months back.
The Realtor Blog broke news of the listing.
Located in the exclusive "Heron Bay estate" section of Heron Bay, the custom-built Mediterranean-styled pad spans an area of 7,900 square feet. Comprised of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the house has soaring high beamed and tray ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and hardwood flooring.
Living spaces include a formal living area, a dining place, a gourmet kitchen with multiple islands, a game room, a theater and a nursery. Outside, the home has a pool with an attached spa, a kitchen and seating area that overlooks a golf course and a lake.
The place isn't the only home up for sale by Dumervil, who appears to be looking to shed much of his real estate portfolio.
The athlete recently relisted his Denver, Colo., mansion for $2.25 million. The home is a 6,199-square-foot single-family house sitting on a 0.9-acre lot. The house has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring and wood-framed glass doors and windows. Living spaces include a formal living area, a dining room, a great room, a family room, a study and a media room. The home also has a modern kitchen with custom cabinets, a built-in pantry, a laundry room and a full-sized basement.
Outside, the home has an infinity pool, a 12-person hot tub, large open sitting areas, covered patios with firepits and an outdoor kitchen.
