Google's New Technology Lab Promises Better Technology

There are currently three other PwC and Google innovation laboratories in the world; one is located in Sydney, the other one is in New York and the latest laboratory is based in Belfast.

Google and PwC recently chose Belfast in the European location to build their new innovation laboratory facility. PwC and Google formed their partnership in business last year and decided to build a laboratory in Belfast for the purpose of promoting Google and acquiring more clients to use Google software products.

The new Google laboratory specifically located in the Waterfront Plaza is expected to provide and create new jobs in the city. According to BelfastTelegraph, PwC's regional chairman in Northern Ireland, Paul Terrington mentioned that Belfast facility will work with companies in UK and Europe to establish the new digital technology which will drive innovation in the area.

The new Google laboratory will employ thousands of people who will help them build digital solutions in the city.

Vote of Confidence

The decision to establish a new laboratory for Google was made through a huge vote of confidence from the people in the Northern Ireland. The said laboratory is expected to have a similar layout and operations like those in Sydney and New York.

Google is considered as one of the popular search engines that creates a range of software which are useful for business and personal use. The expansion of the laboratory aims to get more clients and customers who will use the products that they have created.

Google's Director, Murali Sitaram told BBC that the entire team is excited to share their products for the people of UK for them to experience the benefit of having a new technology that the PwC and Google Innovation Lab can provide.

Terrington also added that the Google Lab alliance will ensure a better future by attracting and delivering new global client solution in the city of Belfast.
