So much went on in the 'Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward’ Special, the special episode that aired on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC Family. In fact, it contained a lot of major spoilers and sneak peeks as to what is going to happen in the second half of Season 6 airing on January 12.
The second half of the ABC Family hit series, ‘Pretty Little Liars Season 6’ will take a five year leap as it returns in 2016. The suspense will get very thrilling in the next installment of season 6 as the special hinted.
It can be recalled that in midseason finale, the identity ‘A’ was revealed. CeCe Drake (Vanessa Ray) or Charlotte will apparently be not the one to be targetting the liars. The cast points that the upcoming season will take fans into more thrills as the characters enter a ‘more dangerous territory’ as reported by Variety.
Here are some of the major spoilers and information you need to know about the latest installment of Pretty Little Liars season 6.
As Hanna (Ashley Benson) moved to New York to intern for Zac Posen, she travelled to Europe. Upon coming back, she is already engaged! Yes, but apparently, not to Caleb.
Emily’s (Shay Mitchell) father passed away. This caused her dropping out of university and ended up as bartender. She has the biggest secret, too, as PLL creator Marlene King hinted.
Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Toby (Keegan Allen), and Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra (Ian Harding) are now over and moved on. Moreover, Spencer is determined to be a big shot in Capitol Hill, while Aria is in a new relationship, which probably caused Ezra’s broken heart and alcoholism.
All that and more are something to look forward to in the upcoming installment of the Pretty Little Liars franchise.
Have you watched the special on ABC? What do you think of the move to make the next installment of Pretty Little Liars five years ahead of the midseason finale? Will there be a flashback season?
