"The Vampire Diaries" season 7 star Ian Somerhalder is in danger of being axed from the hit The CW series.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the actor's co-stars are having problems with his diva behavior.
In fact, the publication claimed that Paul Wesley, Candice Accola-King, Kat Graham and the rest of the cast would much rather see the return of Nina Dobrev than work with Somerhalder.
Meanwhile, fans couldn't help but slam Somerhalder for his arrogant attitude.
@Not surprised wrote, "He may be a nice person, but I have a feeling his motives for his good deeds, ones that he constantly has to boast about, aren't entirely selfless. He seems like he likes to have his way, and I wouldn't at all be surprised to find out that he is a bit of a diva/attention hog."
Another fan @Platynum wrote, "I've never been a fan of Ian, he just seemed aloof. I've always preferred Paul. That said, I sense somewhere there was friction on set and it always appeared as if Nina was much closer to Paul during the early days and now after the breakup of Ian and Nina."
Meanwhile, there were also some fans who slammed Somerhalder for choosing his wife Nikki Reed over his former co-star Nina Dobrev.
@Kayra wrote, "I do not like Ian and Nikki together, since they married last year, Ian seems so distant and I believe that Nikki is so happy because Nina quit the CW drama after six seasons."
In other news, there was one fan who believes that Somerhalder isn't acting like a diva on the set of "The Vampire Diaries."
@lorena wrote, "Seriously guys, your hate for Ian has no limits. Ian Somerhalder is described by co-workers and everyone that met him, like the most sweet, kind, genuine, humble, down to earth person ever."
"The Vampire Diaries" season 7 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
