"General Hospital" star Finola Hughes visited the talk show "FABLife" last Monday, Nov. 23. Her business? To surprise a big fan of the daytime soap, Joe Zee, on his birthday.
Hughes, who plays Anna Devane in the soap, has also offered the fashion stylist and "FABLife" co-host a chance to appear on "General Hospital." Details of Zee's guest appearance in the show are yet to be revealed.
The surprise happened in "FABLife's Off the Cuff" segment, which is Joe's favorite. The audience got to ask the hosts some questions and when Chrissy Teigen looked for another one, she picked Finola from the audience. Joe Zee was so surprised to see Anna Devane.
Joe Zee then shared how when he was young, he would rush to go home after school to watch "General Hospital" with his grandmother. He said school finishes at 3 p.m. but he would leave at 2:55 p.m. to "go to the bathroom," but he would actually run home because GH starts at 3 p.m.
If he was surprised by Finola's appearance, he was almost lost for words when the actress asked her if he could come as a guest star. He couldn't believe it but Finola asked if he would accept and he answered a resounding "Yes!"

"FABLife" is a daytime talk show hosted by Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Joe Zee, Lauren Makk and Leah Ashley. It was recently reported that Tyra Banks is leaving the talk show to focus on her new business venture which is growing too fast than expected. Tyra will remain as the show's executive producer and would still appear once in a while.
There are rumors that Tyra is quitting "FABLife" because of a feud with Chrissy, which the latter have already denied.
"General Hospital" airs weekdays on ABC.
