Celebrity Real Estate: Victoria and David Beckham are Not Buying England’s Most Expensive Countryside Property

Rumor has it that Victoria and David Beckham are about to buy England's most expensive country home for $41.2 million. The couple haven't even peeped into the historic property in the scenic Cotswolds area just two hours northwest of London. A spokesman doesn't think the couple is interested in it, so it's a false rumor.

According to the report of the New York Post, this massive estate remains the most expensive countryside property that is currently on sale in England for a good reason. This vast 775-acre property is located across formal gardens and rolling green hills. And the mansion of this huge estate has ten bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as includes 11 other structures such as farmhouses and cottages, in addition to two entrance lodges. There are also about 1,800 lambs that roam the vast grounds of the estate.

The estate also has its own river for trout fishing, two large lakes and the "potential for pheasant and partridge shoot."

Attorney Beorg-Roberts and Clive Hopkins of Knight Frank are the listing agents of the estate.

David and Victoria Beckham are set to spend £27 million or a euro equivalent of around €38 million on an expensive countryside estate in The Cotswolds, in south-central England.

The widely published estate, known as The Abbotswood Estate, lies in the pristine countryside.

Built around 1865, the historic 10-bedroom manor house is a Grade II-listed building, which is protected from destruction due to its cultural heritage.

The famous athlete and actor David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham are interested in acquiring a country home worth $41.2 million - the most expensive estate in the English countryside, according to initial reports.

As reported by Closer Weekly, the Beckhams, parents to Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, have yet to scoop the lavish property. The leading spokesperson for Abbotswood Estate assumes that the couple probably won't make an offer on the mansion.

The historic property that sits on a vast 774 acres of land includes a main house with ten bedrooms and six bathrooms.
