According to an article on Hollywood Life, Cyrus and Leto have been meeting up behind closed doors for some steamy action. Back in 2014, they were also rumored to have hooked up in several occasions. During Cyrus' hosting gig at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, she posted a photo of her trying to grind on the "30 Seconds to Mars" front man with the caption "When you're trying to hump Jared Leto, but he is just innocently telling you a secret."
A source shared that the relationship started when they were both attending different fundraising events in Hollywood on the same day, and they decided to meet up shortly after at a hotel in the Western part of the district.
How are they able to keep their relationship a secret? Reports indicated that the couple avoids going to the "Wrecking Ball" singer's home, as it's hounded by paparazzi all over. They opt for hotel rooms that guarantee privacy and secrecy, and an insider shared that "when they spend the night at a hotel, they choose one with underground access. Miley knows it's because Jared is seeing a lot of other women, but she's told friends she doesn't care and is more than happy to keep their arrangement a secret."
