Soules, 33, chance of dating Dorfman in the "Bachelorette" days failed after she sent him home in Arlington, Iowa as she couldn't imagine herself living in his home town. However, now that they are both free, their fans are just wishing that they will be rekindling their old romance, according to Star Pulse. On his birthday on Nov.11, Dorfman stirred rumors when she tweeted a sweet message for Soules.
"Wishing the happiest of Birthdays to my absolute favorite bourbon drinking farmer. The one and only Chris Soules #KeepCalmAndFarmOn," Dorfman tweeted on Soules' birthday.
Soules and Whitney Bischoff called things off in May. Words have it that "Dancing with the Stars" fans were wondering if Witney Carson, their co-star in the show caused his and Bischoff split as the Iowa-born agriculturist had been close with her. In an interview, he claimed that he's open to the idea of dating again, but he's not rushing into it, Hollywood Life reports.
"I'm ready to date, but there was a while there where dating and I were...I had no interest in dating," Soules said. "After you date 30 women over a two month period and having an engagement and all of that take place - I think any human being would want to take a little time and just sort of gather their thoughts and get back to the real life and get back to me. And that's what I'm doing and focusing on things that I love and being patient in the dating world."
Meanwhile, Dorfman cancelled her engagement with Josh Murray early this year. It is said that their incompatibilities led to their faltering relationship.
