Mariah Carey seems to be Airnib's favorite customer as she is currently renting out ANOTHER mansion in Malibu.
As per TMZ, it's basically as expensive as her first rental house.
As per the website, her second five room rental hone will be used as one of her locations for the upcoming Hallmark Christmas movie that Mariah Carey herself is directing. Aside from the Malibu rental home, she is also filming in Hollywood at Beacher's Madhouse.
As per Variety, her first rental house, which she scored a few months ago has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in a 3,734 square feet mansion. The rental home is for $1o,ooo per night and it is also located in Malibu, California. The Mediterranean-style house is owned by no other that the entertainment industry persona Michael Lambert.
The beach house will just be a temporary residence as she is still living with her boyfriend, James Packer in Beverly Hills. The two moved in together after just 5 months of dating. As per Hollywood Life, the couple moved in together earlier this month.
The couple may have moved in together too soon, but it seem like she'll soon be walking down the aisle. As per the website, they've both openly talked about getting hitched. TMZ then added that both Mariah and her boyfriend James already consulted his spiritual adviser about the possibility of getting married; though it was uncertain if they would eventually tie the knot any time soon.
Mariah may have been through a rocky divorce, but it seems like her life is currently going well. She now has a good relationship with her ex-husband Nick Canon.
She even threw a Halloween party and invited Nick along with both their kids, Monroe and Moroccan. The twins looked superb as they were dressed as Batman and Batgirl, while their father on the other hand was dressed as Incredible Hulk. Mariah was dressed as a witch, while her boyfriend was wearing a Phantom of the Opera inspired mask.
