Singer and actress Selena Gomez is selling her Calabasas party-friendly home for $4.495 million.
The 7,700 square-foot Mediterranean-style home in South California was bought by Gomez in 2014 for $3.7 million after letting go of her ’starter home,’ which boasts six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath spread with multiple wings and a total of 6,630 square feet, in Tarzana, CA which was bought by Australian hip hop singer, Iggy Azalea. Gomez owned the house for a good one and a half year, until listing.
For those people who are looking for a home that every pop star would like, the home is the perfect choice. The house stands on 3-acres lot and includes all amenities needed by a celebrity such as five bedrooms, five fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, a formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor courtyard, a theater, a gym, and a guesthouse.
Moreover, the master bedroom has a sitting area that expands into a spa-style bathroom with steam shower and ‘enormous closet’ is a must have for every fashionista, according to Realtor.
The compound is also perfect for entertainment such as indoor and outdoor parties. The a stunning outdoor courtyard with manicured landscaping is everything one could ever dream of with the features like an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, pool and cabana.
Although the mansion seemed pretty private, there were several 911 calls made by Gomez while in the house. TMZ reported that merely a few days after purchase, a stalker showed up. Several days later, he showed up again and ended being arrested. Moreover, three other 911 calls were made by Selena after the stalker incident.
Selena Gomez will be on tour most of 2016. Go figure why she’d rather sell the house.
