Sofia Vergara, the "Modern Family" actress, has reportedly dropped $10.6 million on a swanky Beverly Hills pad.
Vergara forked out the whopping amount for the "faux-Italian" estate through a trust sometime in February, according to The Real Estalker.
Built in 2006, the residence is an 11,400-square-foot, single-family home comprised of seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature mixed ceilings (high, vaulted, tray, beamed and drywall) with paneled hardwood flooring and French doors and windows.
A long driveway opens to the public reception room, which allows access into a formal living room. The three-story home has a formal living area, a study, a modern kitchen with a breakfast area, a family room, a guest bedroom and a separate dining room on the main floor.
A wrought-iron railing staircase leads up to the first floor, which encompasses three other guest suites with en-suite bathrooms and the master suite with separate his and hers bathrooms. There is a balcony with an outdoor fireplace as well.
The third floor has a great bar, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a modern gym with a sauna, and a media room. Two maids' rooms and a laundry complete the floor.
Outside, the home has a three-car garage, a swimming pool with a slightly-elevated spa, a pool shed and an outdoor barbecue area. The property also offers a spacious backyard area with ample sitting areas and gardens.
In January last year, news had it that Vergara and her fiancé Nick Loeb were house hunting in the L.A. area. They looked at properties in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, but reportedly stopped because Loeb had some temper issues and she wanted to iron out all the creases in their relationship before they settled down.
Vergara's relationship with Loeb has been touted as "troubled," but she seems unfazed and is reportedly planning on tying the knot with her businessman fiancé.
Vergara recently topped Forbes' list of the highest earning TV celebrities. She makes about $30 million a year, raking in $170,000 to $180,000 per episode for "Modern Family."
"I'm not ashamed to say I love making money," she told Glam Belleza Latina in September.
"I like business, and the truth is I save way more than I spend. I invest. I plan for the future. I have a special eye for opportunities and work harder than anyone might expect. It is fun to shock people with my business ideas," the actress added.

A residence where scenes of the show "Modern Family" were shot is also up for sale. Take a look at that property here.
