Raja Bell, a retired NBA star, had put his Miami condo for sale in October for $999,000. This November, the price was cut to $925,000. The reduction of the price of Bell's condo comes in the wake of a variety of other moves by him to scale back.
Last February, he listed his home for $2.5 million in Paradise Valley, AZ, although that home is no longer on the market but is still in his name. Bell announced in September that he's leaving his position as the director of player administration with the Cleveland Cavaliers, in order to spend time with his family, as was reported by the Realtor news.
This suggests that he is eager to dispose his 1,870-square-foot Miami pad which has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, as well as has great views of the Biscayne Bay.
Bell's condo has great features of granite countertops, wood floors, and a master suite with a walk-in closet. The building also has a 24-hour concierge service, a movie theater, two pools, a billiard room, and a dog park. The condo comes with two parking spaces and an additional valet spot, as well as is close to South Beach.
In 2013, Bell ended his NBA career with the Utah Jazz. He played for several other NBA teams including the Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, and Golden State Warriors.
According to Fox News, Bell, who has two children, worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2014-2015 season as the director of player administration, yet he left the job to spend more time with his family. "I had so much fun with those boys and the Cavaliers' organization, but it was just time to be with my family," he told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "It was the right thing to do right now, but I definitely enjoyed my time there."
While some friends of Bell are sad about his leaving basketball behind, he's hoping that his condo will be snagged soon so it can help him sort things out.
