Comedian Tim Allen, known as Tim "The Toolman" and Taylor to TV fans, listed his Bel Air home for $1.95 million - and what's interesting is it doesn't need any home improvement.
Built in 1963, the 2,604-square-foot home is cozy, but the space is practically Taylor-made and great for entertaining guests. According to the listing, the kitchen features modern Viking appliances and a swing-out island that seats 10, as reported by Page Six news.
The spacious living and dining rooms could accommodate a small army. The master bathroom has a walk-in two-person steam shower.
Outside the property, there is an over-the-top entertainment area with a dining space, fire pit, a deck, and shower. The side yard leads to a hedged fence and small rock wall.
Tim Allen, the Golden Globe Awards winner, is also a voice actor in "Toy Story." Don Bozick of the Nourmand & Realtors firm in Beverly Hills handles the listing of the said home. The listing described the place as a "stunning retreat with lush, green views in a serene setting."
The home is beautifully designed with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a family room and a modern kitchen.
According to the report of the Latin Post, the beautiful interior of the house includes an open floor plan that creates an airy ambiance, glass panels that allow ample natural light, stone flooring, French doors, and other elegant furnishings. Outside the house there are features of several amenities such as a lounge, a dining area, a fire pit and a shower, which make the place suitable for entertaining guests.
As a voice actor in the "Toy Story 3" franchise, Allen obviously loves being a part of the movie. However, Allen wants to have more speaking lines for his character as Buzz Lightyear, the best friend of Tom Hanks' character Woody, the cowboy.
USA Today reported last October that Pixar has announced that "Toy Story 4" will be slated for a release in 2018.
