According to TMZ, the actor was arrested around 1AM for going over the speed limit in the streets of Hollywood -- and after police officers speculated that he was drunk, they quickly administered a test. The test results showed that his blood alcohol content was way over the legal limit.
He was detained for 15 hours. Since this was only his first offense, no jail time was given to him. The LA City Attorney has charged him with two counts of DUI, and if he might be ordered to spend six months in jail if he is convicted. As mentioned, being behind bars is very unlikely for the actor.

He availed of the services of a fitness trainer, and he tried his best to go for foods that were low in carbs and cut back on his alcohol consumption. He is on the way to getting even better, as he competed in his first triathlon in Malibu last September.
