Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy on dream home hunt in New York City

Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy, banker and former French president Nicolas Sarkozy's half-brother, are reportedly on the hunt for their dream home in New York City, says the New York Post.

A broker told the website that the pair is checking numerous available townhouses, but they seem to be earning a bad name for not keeping their appointments. He complained to the website, "They make and break appointment faster than the speed of light."

According to the site, the duo seem to have shown interest in one of the townhouses they looked at. Built by Cleverdon and Putzel in 1892, the place, located at 9 E 94th Street, is listed for $22 million.

In 2012, 44-year-old Sarkozy purchased a five-bedroom townhouse at 124 E 10th St for $6.25 million and wanted to convert it into his love nest but never spent a day there. Sarkozy subsequently sold the property for $6.4 million last year to artist Aaron Young and his 27-year-old fiancée Laure Heriard Dubreuil.

The home offers 7,250 square feet of living space and is completely renovated. The five-story building is complete with a recently built meandering staircase and an elevator.

Nevertheless, the couple is reportedly searching for a property that is more contemporary and sheltered from paparazzi. They are said to have a preference for a home that comes with a garage.

In February, US Weekly reported that Olsen and Sarkozy were engaged, but neither the "Full House" actress nor the banker confirmed the engagement.
