"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will reveal Arizona's (Jessica Capshaw) real thoughts when it comes to Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Penny's (Samantha Sloyan) relationship.
According to IBTimes, details for the show's upcoming ninth episode next year are still being kept under wraps.
However, since fans were left with multiple cliffhangers from season 12 episode 8, answers may also be expected in the upcoming episode.
Just recently, Callie introduced Penny to all of her doctor friends at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
Fans were surprised to see Arizona happy at that time. However, there are rumors that Callie and Penny's relationship will only have an impact on her now after she realized how difficult it is to find a new partner.
In "Things We Lost In The Fire," Arizona asked Dr. Webber (James Pickens Jr.) to act as her wingman.
However, the woman that she wanted to ask out on a date with turned out to be in a relationship with someone else.
Fans can also expect to see a conversation between Arizona and Callie. The latter will be challenged by Penny's desire to stand out and impress Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo).
Meanwhile, according to Design N Trend, Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex's (Justin Chambers) new relationship status will also be revealed in the new episode.
"The Sound of Silence" will see Jo telling Alex whether or not she's ready to marry him.
The couple have been together for several years now, but had a huge falling out after Jo told Alex that she believes she favors Meredith over her.
Alex tried to console Jo, but what he said just made things worse. According to him, he cannot just leave Meredith because she's the only person who understands him.
Obviously, Jo was offended by his statement because she is his girlfriend.
