"Fifty Shades Darker" star Jamie Dornan may have just confirmed that he will be showing more skin in the upcoming sequel.
In an interview with People Magazine, Dornan said that he wants to able to show fans a different side of his character Christian Grey.
"I'm looking forward to embodying Christian again - and getting a chance to show more of him," he said.
Meanwhile, fans took the actor's statement strongly by linking it with what his co-star Dakota Johnson previously said.
During an interview with Elle Magazine, Johnson said that she doesn't have any problems going all out in her movies.
"The truth is, I have no shame," she said earlier this month.
Now, the only problem here is whether or not steamier sex scenes between Christian and Anastasia Steele will be approved for the big screen.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" was previously given an R rating which means that younger audiences are not allowed to watch it in theaters.
If this will still be the case for "Fifty Shades Darker," there's a chance that steamier scenes will be allowed, but there will still be no nudity.
Additionally, there's a huge possibility that Dornan and Johnson's body parts will still be blacked off.
Meanwhile, fans need not worry about any more delays for the franchise.
It was recently confirmed that even though the "Fifty Shades" team is taking their sweet time at the moment, both "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" will be filmed back to back.
Rumors that Dornan's wife Amelia Warner is pregnant were recently proved to be false. This means that the actor will no longer go on a paternal leave.
Production for "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" will begin early next year.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017. "Fifty Shades Freed" will be released on Feb. 9, 2018.
