'Empire' Season 2 Spoilers: Episode 10 Synopsis Reveals Happenings for Fall Finale

The synopsis of episode 10, titled ‘Et Tu, Brute?,' of Empire season 2 teases how Lucious and Cookie battles into winning over the other.

Lucious will be ‘making a reckless play’ for for the music-streaming service that he wants to acquire, Swiftstream. He thinks that by acquiring this venture, he will be made into the most powerful man in music. However, he is not aware that the move to make him the most powerful would actually result the other way around.

Acquiring Swiftstream will somehow ‘jeopardize’ everything that Lucious has done and worked for in the past, according to IBTimes.

The promotional video shows Mimi (Marisa Tomei) presiding a meeting wherein a vote for Lucious’ removal as the CEO of Empire was arranged. Cookie and Hakeem, on the other hand, are eager to help their family.

"Lyon Dynasty may be our company, but Empire is our family. And anybody that tries to steal that from us is our enemy,” Cookie says in the promo video.

On the other hand, Cookie will come up with a plan to have a concert at the prison where a good seventeen years of her live was spent away from her family. Apparently, the last few minutes are not to be missed because it will leave viewers speechless.

The promo video also shows Lucious holding Cookie’s hand with teary eyes. What made him cry?

Moreover, the fall finale will make it hard for Hakeem as his past love, Camilla (Naomi Campbell), shows up at his place. Although he has Laura (Jamila Velazquez), will his former love shake him?

"Empire," Season 2, episode 10, "Et Tu, Brute?" will air on Fox Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 9 p.m. EST.
