Fredric Brandt was dubbed as the Baron of Botox. His clients include Calvin Klein, Madonna and Naomi Campbell. According to reports, his Coconut Grove townhouse in Miami was sold to Juan Carlos and Maria F. Boyadjian of Argentina.
After going on the market in September, the house at the Bayshore Villas Drive was cut by $450,000 from the original asking price of $3.5 million. The 5,015-square-foot home with four bedrooms plus four and a half bathrooms is located in a gated community.
In 1990, Brandt paid for the house with just $712,800. The house also has an elevator, a heated pool, and a contained high-end art collection, as reported by Page Six.
At the time of the death of Dr. Brandt in April, the doctor's representative said that he had been suffering from depression and had been deeply hurt by Martin Short portrayal on Tina Fey's show, "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt."

He said, "in these cases, if somebody asks why the seller is selling, we usually say they are deceased." But if people ask for more details, Kleer is always honest to tell, according to the report of the Daily Mail.
For some buyers of such houses, the details would become deal-breakers, but for others, such details don't really matter.
