Black Friday 2015 Game Console Deals: XBox One $299 Bundle Featuring 'Gears War: Ultimate Edition,' Superstar Cole Multi-P Skins, "Gears of War 4" Beta Outsells PS Offers?

Black Friday 2015 features Playstation and XBox companies breaking price barriers this year, but one is definitely going low for a longer period of time.

During Black Friday 2014, Microsoft won back a number of sales momentum for its Xbox One game console by lowering the price tags of its devices than the price tag of the PlayStation 4 of Sony.

Game console prices have definitely become one of the major factors in consumers' purchasing decision since the launch of these two game consoles in November 2013. Previously, PS4 outsold Xbox One because of its $399 price tag, which is a lot cheaper than the $499 of Microsoft's game console due to the inclusion of the Kinect motion sensor.

When Microsoft decided to make the Kinect feature an optional purchase last June 2014 and lowered down its base price to $399, matching the price of its main rival, Xbox One sales automatically skyrocketed.

Sony Playstation has also outsold its primary competitor by substantial margins when it became the more affordable choice. If you remove the price advantage, things will surely move very close to equal. In 2014, Sony took the sales lead until the month of June when Microsoft matched its price, then failed to remain on the top edge during the holiday season as the Xbox One was priced way cheaper than its product.

Xbox Wire Editor Will Tuttle said, "Xbox One ended 2014 with an unprecedented holiday season, becoming the best-selling console in the U.S. in November and December."

The game console sales winner would be the company that offered the cheapest price during the season. After reaping the benefits and attaining its success last year with its $349 bundle offers, Microsoft has decided to go lower this year. It now offers a couple of tempting bundles in time for Black Friday, The Verge reported.

Xbox one bundle for $299 includes a package with full-game download of "Gears War: Ultimate Edition," the Superstar Cole multiplayer skins, and access to the "Gears of War 4" Beta, Tech Radar reported.
