Apple MacBook Air 2016 Release Still Unclear; MacBook Air Line Nears Phasing Out Says Analysts

The Apple MacBook Air, according to analysts, has a big chance of Apple stopping the production of the laptop series in the near future.

Chief Analyst from Jawdaw Research, named Jan Dawson suspects that the giant company might consider making the MacBook Air line obsolete, MacWorld reported.

"This wasn't the MacBook Air, but instead leaped past the Air," Dawson said via Macworld. He also pointed out that they will keep MacBook Air around just as they do with previous older models of iPhones. However, the MacBook is now in the same spot as the latest iPhone.

"That makes me wonder if the Air will go away over time," he added.

The chief of research and head of U.S business for Kantar WorldPanel Comtech, named Carolina Milaseni has also expressed her views on this issue. She pointed out a number of factors involved in this matter and that include the gadgets' mobility and portability.

"All [notebooks] need to be more mobile, so something like the Air doesn't need to be branched out anymore," the Kantar World Panel Comtech chief said.  She also said that it is way better for Apple not to create and produce a lot of electronic lines or families of Macs.

Despite the Apple phasing out analysis from many tech analysts, there are still rumors spreading about the possible release date of the highly-anticipated, new laptop of Apple, the MacBook Air 2016.

MacBook Air 2016 rumors have suggested that Apple might be releasing its new Air laptop this Black Friday 2015, the earliest and latest in December, Yibada reported. The date is quite farfetched, however, as there are still no statement coming from Apple.

MacBook Air 2016 laptop other rumors, however, say that it is most likely to be made available in the market in Spring of 2016 just like its previous release dates.
