Maggie Lawson, who plays Juliet O'Hara in the popular detective-comedy series "Psych," has reportedly sold her home in Los Feliz for $2.2 million just three months after listing it.
Lawson put the home on the market in January 2014 for the same asking price that she sold it for. According to the Realtor Blog, the residence sold sometime in late March.
Lawson purchased the home for $1.7 million in 2011. In January, she moved to the Bronson Canyon area, where she purchased a $1.1 million, 1,419-square-foot ranch-style house before listing the Los Feliz home.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 2,892-square-foot, two-story, single-family home. Encompassed in a private, gated area, the home is comprised of four bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms.
Floor plans of the home reveal details of the residence. The main floor has a large living room, a den, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a pantry and utility room and two other bedrooms. The upper floor houses the master bedroom and an additional bedroom. There is a balcony on the top floor as well.
Photos of the residence show sleek interiors with mixed flooring and ceilings, glass windows and an open floor plan. Outside, the home has a pool, a cozy patio and a garage.
