The "Pacific Rim" actor and Morgana McNelis are going for their ninth year in their relationship next year, while there are rumors about the two settling down soon. Franchise Herald scoops some details regarding the actor's relationship with McNelis.
"Safe space" and a "good balance" are one of the keys McNelis described on how she and Hunnam keep up with their long romance. The jewelry maker pointed in her interview with Taylor Magazine, describing how they are each other's biggest supporters amidst the issues.
"I think the key to maintaining a good balance is creating a safe space within the relationship for both partners in which to grow and evolve," McNelis shared. "It's very important to be present and participate in each other's experiences so that falling in love doesn't happen just once, it continues to happen over and over."
One issue that notably shook up their relationship was McNelis involvement in a "drug deal" rumor. Although the rumor was not confirmed, it was reported that the issue made the relationship of Hunnam and McNelis even "stronger."
Currently, the "Pacific Rim" star is sharing a farm home with McNelis wherein they are raising some animals and growing organic vegetables. Hopefully, the couple will hint their wedding date as well in the future.
