'The Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Adam Gets A New Sentence; Victor Worries Judge Moxley Will Not Take Adam's Side; Billy and Phyllis Plans Are Up

"The Young and The Restless" spoilers for Monday, Nov. 30 are in and tease that Adam will get a new sentence while Victor worries if Judge Moxley will stand by their side.

According to Soap Opera Spy, spoilers tease that Adam will get a new sentence and that he will be released from prison. Victor will call Michael Baldwin to inform him that he has a surprise witness that can help clear up Adam's name. It is now up to Michael on how he will be able to save Adam.

But then Victor also worries that Michael seem to be not that interested in helping Adam's case and also Judge Moxley is not likely to stay on their side.

But then Judge Moxley will favor Adam and grant him an amended sentence which will allow him to go home. Soap Shows shared that Judge Moxley will realize that Delia's death was indeed an accident and it may be hard for the Abbotts to accept that but they are left with no choice but to do so. Moxley will also see that Adam wants to become a better person that is why she will come up with a decision to free him.

Judge Moxley will hand down a decision of five years probation and 1,000 hours of community service.

But then there is a catch, Adam may be free from prison but he will be tied up with the deal he made with Victor. He is now obliged to do Victor's plans and most likely do everything he wants. And everyone knows that anyone who goes against Victor will definitely be in trouble.

Meanwhile, Billy and Phyllis' plans are on track and they are doing everything they can to get Victor. In some ways, Phyllis is starting to worry that those people they care about might get hurt in the process that is why they have to play it smart. Phyllis will try to make her moves on Topher in order for her to get closer to Ian this would be a great advantage in order to take down Victor.
