Those who thought actor-director Clint Eastwood had turned into a softie, here is news. The "Million Dollar Baby" actor went all badass on a construction worker whose cement truck blocked his way out of his Bel Air home.
An eyewitness told The Enquirer that the 83-year-old actor flipped out when the worker told him he'd have to wait for the truck to move.
"Clint was livid when he pulled out of the driveway of his Bel-Air home and onto his street - where two new homes are under construction, with trucks constantly blocking traffic - and was stopped by a workman who told him he'd have to wait until a cement truck could be moved out of the way," the person said.
"Exasperated, Clint flat-out freaked! Leaping out of his car, he screamed at the guy, 'I can't take this anymore! It's been over nine months of construction...what the hell are you building here, the Taj Mahal?" the source added.
The workers were terrified and asked Eastwood what they could do for him and the "Dirty Harry" star told them to clear the way as he was getting late for a meeting, reports Design and Trend.
Eastwood's home in Bel Air is a 6,136-square-foot, single-family residence with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Public records show the home last sold in 1980 for $1.12 million.
Eastwood's temper tantrums are quite popular. However, of late the star's whiplash attitude seemed to have toned down. Recently, he rescued a hungry looking, homeless kitty while his friends just ignored the poor animal. Aww!
Eastwood has been referred to as a "complicated man in a simple wardrobe." In an interview, Patrick McGilligan , Eastwood's biographer said:
"I wouldn't say Clint has a "vicious temper and attitudes". He does have a temper, on occasion, if more so in the past; and he does have attitudes. But he is pretty much the same person he always was."
McGilligan added that Eastwood "has always been more complex than his appearance. One couldn't predict about him, when he started out, that he would end up so important and iconic; and yet at the same time it doesn't surprise anyone who knew him."
Eastwood's has had some intriguing adventures. The man apparently "survived a plane crash at sea and swam a few miles to shore off the coast of Point Reyes, California, in freezing cold water that is a major breeding ground for great white sharks."
