Blake Griffin buys Pacific Palisades mansion for $9 million

Blake Griffin, the Los Angeles Clippers power forward has reportedly dropped $9 million on a Pacific Palisades mansion.

Located between Malibu and Santa Monica, the residence is a "Cape Cod-inspired" property that offers 9,100 square feet of living space with several luxury amenities.

The Los Angeles Times broke news of the deal. Chase Campen of Keller Williams and David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services represented Griffin in the sale.

Comprised of six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, interiors of the plush mansion are done up in style. Featuring high cathedral tray ceilings, hardwood flooring and wood-framed glass doors and windows, the spacious place exudes a certain celebrity charm.

The two-story residence has a private screening room, a home gym and a balcony on the second floor as well.

Outside, the house has a LED-lit salt-water pool and manicured lawns around the home.
