Ellen Page, the "Juno" actress is in the news again for her real estate forays after buying tennis star Venus Williams' house. Page has just listed her starter home in Studio City for $1.05 million.
Page's old home is a 1,499-square-foot, single-family house sitting on a 10,016-square-foot lot. Public records show that the home last sold for $885,000 in 2011. It was listed for $1.02 million and looks like Page snagged it for a discount through the same trust that she bought Venus' home with.
Listing photos of the new home show spacious interiors with wood-beamed ceilings, French doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The master suite has a walk-in closet. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast nook and a full-fledged laundry exists inside the home too.
Ellen page's new home in Hollywood Hills spans an area of 1,528 square feet. The single-family home is comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature beamed ceilings, light hardwood flooring and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Sitting in a private, gated compound, the home has ample recreation space and a swimming pool.

While not dealing with real estate, Page is naming every dog on the planet. She has now taken up the responsibility of christening every canine picture a dog-owner sends to her and her twitter feed is full of dog photos.
Page was spotted out in her casuals in Los Angeles, reports Daily Mail. She was glued to the phone. Perhaps the dog-naming game isn't over yet!
