Justin Long, the "He Is Just not That Into You" star has finally managed to sell his home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles for $2.05 million. Long sold because he has been working on both the coasts and does not need the house any more.
Listing records show the home last sold for $1.99 million in 2008. Long first listed the place in 2011 for $2.1 million. Failing to sell then, the home went on and off the market, was put up for lease and endured price-choppers to finally sell now, reports the Los Angeles Times.
The home has quiet the celebrity history. It belonged to Blair Underwood, the L.A-Law star for quite some time and sold it in 2003.
The residence is a Mediterranean, single-family home spanning an area of 3,388 square feet. Comprised of three bedrooms and five bathrooms, interiors of the 1990-built home feature cathedral exposed-beam ceilings, hardwood flooring and large wooden doors and galls windows.
Outside, the home has a large private verandah, ample recreation areas and a two-car direct-entry garage.
The listing described the home as, "Bold Contemporary Mediterranean located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigious "Oaks" of Los Feliz" which is perfect for entertaining and allows for complete privacy.

Long has had a bad time selling off his home. Almost all the residences have always sold for a loss. According to The Real Estalker, Long sold his La Cuesta Drive home for $250,000 less and another New York City residence was also listed for $481,600 less.
Long has been in New York City for quite a while. In an earlier interview with NextMovie.com, he talked about his favorite and least favorite thing about The Big Apple.
An excerpt:
"What's your favorite thing about New York?
Walking. I love to walk in New York. I love the people, I love people-watching and simple things. There's an energy that this place has that I've never experienced anywhere else.
And what's your least favorite thing about New York?
Going to Times Square. It's funny, one of my least favorite places and most favorite places are within the same 40-block radius of each other. Times Square is pretty brutal."
