December is going to be a very special and much awaited holiday for mobile gamers, both iOS and Android users alike. The award winning and viral strategy mobile game, Clash of Clans, will be releasing a new update.
The highlight of this update is the TH11 expansion that will allow the players who have maxed out their Town Halls to level 10 and move on to a higher level, Town Hall 11. Quite a number of high level players have gone inactive due to the lack of an expansion. This update expects to boost the player activity in the game even more.
All Clash reports that the upcoming game update will not only expand the TH level cap but also the tile area of the base resulting to a 44 by 44 total land area. The extension of two tiles on each side will make room for more buildings and a decision to increase attack time.
The expansion of the base area is compensated by the 30 second extension for attack time. Supercell aims to keep the in-game balance even amidst the fun expansions.
The said update will be released on or not later than December 7, 2015.
For active war clans, the war preparation time has also been reduced to 23 hours to inspire more player activity and engagement. After this update, clan wars are expected to increase and clans can rise up the ranks faster than ever.
A lot of players has also suggested an installment of a new hero. The Barbarian King and Archer Queen will soon be having a new member in the roster of heroes. The identity and look of the new hero has not yet been revealed but Supercell is leaked information that it will cost six million elixirs to be obtained.
