It is not hard to say that it's definitely not a roller coaster ride for "One-Punch Man" anime series. Saying that comes with strong conviction because it is backed up with excellent rating. In fact, episode 9 is rated with two A-rating and is described as a stellar.

Anime News Network has evaluated again the "One-Punch Man" episode #09 of the anime series. According to the site, the said anime series which is adapted from One and Yusuke Murata's manga has finally took "a definitive stance on its scattered themes of classism, this was definitely it."

ANN also states that #9 is without a doubt a stellar episode of "One-Punch Man" anime series. It is not only the "amazingly visceral battle sequences" but also (and most importantly) it is noted for the injected humor, emotional appeal, and "sharp social commentary."

Audience of this show will be reminded of virtues and how society behaves. There are so many things in "One-Punch Man" that audience from different walks of life could learn, and eventually make one reflect how people at times become so callous and cruel. Many could learn from how each character responds to situation, especially Saitama.

Another critic from Fandom Post gives "One-Punch Man" episode 9 a grade of A. From the point of view of this critic, the anime series has "gone against its norm for the first time." This is the first time that 2 episodes were allotted to one single story. The story simply revolves around Deep Sea King, who was actually not as dreadful as the meteor episode. But that's not the point of the story after all. The critic says that "there so much more at play" as far as the story is concerned. However, "spreading it out to have enough time to dig into all of it with the depth that wouldn't be possible with the admittedly wonderful speed we've cruised along at so far makes it even more powerful than anything we've seen before now."

With that being said, it looks like things are getting exciting with "One-Punch Man." There are so much more in store for this anime series. This is not only about Saitama being a likeable character, but the story as a whole has been promising even from day one.

It is not a surprise why the number of avid followers of "One-Punch Man" has increased. The anime series is funny, rich with moral lessons, and the animation is impressive.
