Pink, the "Blow Me One Last Kiss" singer has reportedly sold her home in Sherman Oaks for $3.21 million. She recently re-listed the property for $3.49 million about two months back.
Pink bought the home with her father James Moore in 2002 for $2 million. She barely lived in the house. The home debuted on the market in 2011 with a $4 million price tag but failing to find a buyer the residence was taken off the market and offered for rent asking $8,500 a month. It was later re-listed in March 2014.
This time Pink managed to score a quick sale. Listing records of the home state that the 1946-built house is a 4,435-square-foot, four bedroom-four and a half bathroom Spanish retreat sitting on a one acre lot.
The home's interiors have French windows and doors, high beamed and drywall ceilings and hardwood and tiled flooring. The house has several luxury features like a modern-updated kitchen, a dressing room, a gym and a billiards room. However, nothing beats the exterior features. There is an infinity pool with an attached "cave spa" and waterfall. There is an outdoor barbeque area and a large lawn in the backyard too.
The listing description was as unique and inviting as the property itself.
"THIS IS IT!!!! Your chance to own a park! You may not be able to buy an island in Sherman Oaks, but you can buy paradise! This is a true oasis, an ideal celebrity retreat...." It read. "You want to play soccer, or practice your golf swing....come on down!"
Pink never really felt at home in Los Angeles. In an earlier interview with The Telegraph she confessed she was a gypsy at heart and never "signed up" for the Hollywood way of life.
"I don't live in the Hollywood bubble. I never have and I never will. I wasn't invited to that party," she said.
"And if I was, I'd probably arrive late and be dressed inappropriately."
Pink also has a Malibu property that she owns with her racer husband Carey Hart. That home is right next to Oscar-winner Matthew McConaughey's residence. She purchased the home for $11.8 million just before she had her daughter - Willow, reports Daily Mail.
Pink was recently in New York City to perform with Billy Joel at Billy Joel's Town Hall, an event that was hosted by Howard Stern.
