Panama City, FL is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States and is continually increasing in terms of economic growth. In addition to these booming business ventures, World Property Journal also reported that Panama City is continually succeeding in gathering potential investors.
Biggest companies all over the world have invested and opened up new facilities in Panama City in the previous months, as the industry continually aced its pace with the growth in the city.
Just last month, one of the biggest hotel chains opened - the Hyatt Hotel. The structure has 165 rooms, which is located in the mid financial zone.
Hyatt then stated that the hotel is part of the "Latin America growth strategy." The expansion is said to include a new hotel in Costa del Este, which is the waterfront development in South Panama.
As per the website, Hyatt is also rumored to construct another facility along Amador Causeway, where Amador Convention Center is said to open by 2016.
Hilton Hotel also opened earlier this year in Panama City which has 347 rooms. Hilton already has three other hotels in Panama City alone which included the massive Waldorf Astoria and a fifth hotel that is expected to make a debut soon.
