Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult Purchase Their First Home in North London

Academy-award winning Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence and her British boyfriend Nicholas Hoult have purchased their first home in North London.

The property in St John's Wood, a district located in north-west London, boasts of celebrity neighbors like Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson, singer Lily Allen, actor Ewan McGregor and Sir Paul McCartney among others.

Nicholas's sister Clarista said that the couple is busy handpicking discounted furniture in IKEA that is in accordance with feng shui principles for a harmonious environment.

"It's his first house. He's very excited and has been getting all his furniture from Ikea," Clarista said. "Nick has been big into feng shui, so in his room he has had branches, twigs with lights, the mattress and everything else on the floor - like water features and chairs - facing in the right direction," Hello Magazinereports.

The 23-year-old "Hunger Games" star is reported to be a huge fan of the English countryside. "Jen loves the English way of life and as they are now serious again, it makes sense to look into buying somewhere," one source said.

The Hollywood couple met for the first time in 2011 on the sets of X-Men: First Class and were in a relationship for two years. The break-up in 2013 was reportedly due to their busy schedules - Lawrence was filming the "Hunger Games" series and other films, while Hoult was occupied with two films, "Jack the Giant Slayer" and "Warm Bodies."

Their doomed romance rekindled when they met again on the sets of X-Men sequel, "X-Men: Days of Future Past." The couple reportedly shared lunch together and spent quality time on the sets, which helped them renew their relationship, Breathecast reports.

The couple is also believed to have taken their relationship to the next level. Recently, Jennifer was spotted with a turquoise ring on her engagement finger, suggesting that Nicholas might have popped the question.

The movie "X-Men: Days of Future Past" is scheduled to release on May 10 in the U.S.
