"Bleach" Chapter 654 spoilers are here just after Chapter 653 was released. It appears that the battle was more exciting as Lille Barro is defeated.
Before jumping into Chapter 654 spoilers, let us take a brief recap of Chapter 653 which started with a flashback of Kyouraku's past. We also got to learn about the significance of the hairpins that he is always wearing which are important memento from his brother and his brother's wife.
When the back story was over, Nanao was seen having a fight with Lille Barro as her divine sword Hakkyouken dispersed the arm of Lille Barro. Due to the intense of the explosion from dispersing Lille Barro's arms, Nanao will be blown away, iSchool Guide reported.
As Nanao felt fear during the battle since she never used a sword for a battle before and she have seen how powerful Lille Barro is, Shunsui appears behind Nanao and grasped her hand to assure her that everything will be okay.
With that, Nanao began to regain herself and strikes Lille Barro who is starting to attack her and Kyouraku with a new attack that viewers haven't seen before. For Lille Barro's new attack, he uses a trumpet shaped mass of energy which is directly aimed at Nanao and Kyouraku.
But to his surprise, the Shinigami duo was left unharmed as they were shielded by the divine sword of Nanao which also cut the trumpet mass in half. Seeing what happened, Lille Barro crumbled into pieces manifesting his defeat.
Since the battle has ended, Chapter 654 teased that it will continue the result of Lille Barro's defeat. Meanwhile, Kyouraku and Nanao will have a closure. Kyouraku might face death in the next chapter because there had been death flags in previous chapters of "Bleach." It is also indicated that this chapter will unleash the full potential of the heavenly sword that is called "Hakkyouken," Kaleo reported.
