Missy Elliott, the famous record producer and rapper has quietly sold off her home in Aventura, Fla., for $1.45 million.
The Redfin Blog broke news of the sale reporting that Elliott closed on the sale Feb 10, 2014. She had listed it for $1.92 million.
Elliott purchased the home in 2003 for $1.3 million, which implies that even though she took a loss on the asking price, she bagged a slight profit off the sale.
The condo sits on the 19th floor of the 32-story residential apartment building "Residence du Cap." The apartment spans an area of 4,740 square feet and is comprised of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Boasting an open floor plan, tiled flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors along with drywall and tray ceilings, the house is packed with luxury amenities.
The living room has a huge vertical "Missy!" installed right in the center, all shimmering in gold. There is a media room, a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island, a wet bar and a balcony that offers beautiful views of the ocean.
Building amenities include 24/7 concierge, valet and security services, a private marina and yacht services, a 27,000-square-foot spa and 16 tennis courts. The building also offers several on-site restaurants and pool services with private attendees.

Elliott also owns two other homes in the state.
"I still have two houses in Miami ... I still get my Freak on there LOL!" the rapper told RumorFix.
Elliott also has a home in Beverly Hills. She opened doors of the residence to MTV Cribs. She has her signature engraved on a stone that's embedded on the marble floor, right at the entrance of the house!
