Demi Moore, the "Striptease" actress and former wife of Ashton Kutcher is reportedly marketing her New York City triplex co-op for $75 million - privately.
The New York Post broke news of the co-op going up for sale. There is hardly any intel on the details of the home but if it manages to sell for that much, it could be the city's most expensive co-op sale. Moore is also selling a two-bedroom unit just below the triplex condo.
Located in San Remo, Central Park West, the residence's address could be its USP. According to the Real Estalker, Moore wanted ex Ashton Kutcher to pay for the renovations of this home! The blog also reports that Moore has several properties in Hailey, Id. She also owns one home in Beverly Hills, featured in Architectural Digest in March 2007. At that time, she shared the residence with Kutcher.
"There's a great warmth to the house. I wanted to keep that organic quality," Moore said of the house.
Meanwhile, ex-husband Ashton Kutcher's former bachelor pad is up for sale asking $2.6 million. The home comprises of 4 bedrooms with high ceilings, an open flooring plan and massive windows. Huge glass doors open in to the backyard with an infinity pool and spa. The pool sports a beautiful three-tier waterfall as well, reports Zillow.
Kutcher has a home in Hollywood Hills that he purchased in 2012 for $10.8 million. The home is a contemporary pad, spreading across 9,400 square feet. His fiancé, Mila Kunis moved into the giant mansion in 2012.
Kutcher and Kunis are expecting a baby. In a recent appearance at the Ellen DeGeneres show, Kunis chatted to the talk-show host about her pregnancy. Talking about her crazy cravings for pickles and how Kutcher takes care of that she says:
"He [ Kutcher] assumed that I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food. Just like pickles, and sauerkraut, or like anchovies, and ice creams, just in case at one point during this pregnancy I'd be like, 'I really want something.' And it happened last week. I was like, 'Oh my God, I need a pickle!' It was just the weirdest thing, like I needed this pickle. And he was like, 'Hold on a second,' and disappeared in the backyard and came back with the most amazing dill pickle of all time."
The couple plan to get married soon. As for Moore, she is reportedly planning a relaxing yoga trip to India to get away from the marriage talks because she's still reeling from the divorce, according to Radar Online.
