American comedian and radio personality Adam Carolla has bought a luxurious home located at La Cañada Flintridge for $2.5 million, a report from Los Angeles Times said on Wednesday.
According to the report, prior to buying a posh real estate property at La Cañada Flintridge, Carolla and his wife, Lynette Paradise, have listed their Spanish-inspired residence last month which is located at Hollywood Hills for $5,299,995.
"Described as Midcentury Modern ranch in style, the 1963 one-level home is set to close to half an acre. A deck/terrace off the vaulted ceiling living room overlooks lawn and mature trees. Two separate kitchen and living room areas, a family room, five bedrooms and four bathrooms are within the 3,980 square feet of living space," the report said.
It was said that the "Catch a Contrator" executive producer has made some improvements in the real estate property which include "fresh paint inside and out and new flooring, sprinklers, landscaping, garage door and driveway. The kitchen and bathrooms, however, appear more vintage."
The La Cañada Flintridge real estate property is being handled by listing agent Kevin Bourland of the John Aaroe Group. Kathy Seuylemezian of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer during the sale of the property.
