Jason priestly, best known for playing 'Brandon Walsh' on the drama series "Beverly Hills 90210", has reportedly sold his home in Toluca Lake for $2 million.
Priestly purchased the residence in 2007 for $2.14 million. He first listed it in 2011 for $2.1 million, but took it off the market after failing to find a buyer. He again listed it for $2.09 million in February this year, according to the Trulia Blog.
The house sits in the heart of the area. Spanning an area of 3,266 square feet, the home is comprised of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The double-storey home has high beamed ceilings, French windows and doors. The main entrance door is a massive wooden one.
Living space includes a family room, a formal drawing room and dining area. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast area. The master bedroom has a stone fireplace and so does the living area.
Outside, there is a covered patio, a pool with an attached spa and ample garden area. There is a parking garage as well.

Priestly's home sale comes just as he releases his book, "Jason Priestley: A Memoir."
In the book, Priestly revealed several candid titbits about himself and his pals including Brad Pitt, recalling how they lived in West Hollywood. Apparently, Pitt was just 'a random guy sleeping on Priestly's couch' when they first met.
"We lived on ramen noodles and generic beer - the kind that came in white cans labeled 'BEER' and Marlboro Light cigarettes. We were all broke," Priestly recalls.
But, that was not all. He also shared details about his first love, Holly Robinson Peete and revealed that the cast of 90210 really did hook up with each other over the years. However, they all remain close friends now and Priestly doesn't mind a reunion, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
