January Jones, the "Mad Men" actress has reportedly listed her home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, for $1.5 million.
News of the listing comes just days after Jones was spotted looking for a new home in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. Jones has reportedly been looking for a home for quite some time now, especially with son three-year-old son Xander growing up so quickly.
According to Daily Mail, Jones was looking at a roomy, white mansion with a terraced lawn and rocky walk-way. Her realtor was also accompanying her. Last year, Jones was home hunting in the Beverly Hills area and checked out an $11.8 million pad.
Jones purchased her Los Feliz home in 2009 for $1.02 million. The 2,200-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Interiors of the house feature hardwood flooring, glass windows and doors and drywall ceilings.
The two-story residence has a large living area with a stone mantle and fireplace. There is an eat-in kitchen with marble counter-tops. Upstairs, the master bedroom has separate "Jack and Jill" bathrooms. Another bedroom on the floor has a private patio that offers views of the Observatory, according to the Trulia Blog. A detached two-car garage is also available on the property.
The listing of the home lies with Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates, which describes the house as a "Classic gated Mediterranean villa in one of Los Feliz's most sought after neighborhoods."
While not listing or looking for homes, Jones is playing pranks on realtors. On the Jimmy Fallon show in April this year, Jones revealed how she helped play a Fool's Day prank on a Sioux Falls realtor Tony Erickson, who also happened to be an ex-boyfriend!
Jones called Erickson up (after 20 long years, which shocked the poor guy) and told him she wanted to invest in a property in Sioux Falls. She asked him to meet her at the airport with some property options.
While Jones never turned up, Erickson did with a number of lovely prospective homes. However, he only met a co-worker with a photo of January Jones stuck on his face!
Jones said he deserved it because Erickson broke her heart once!
