Baltimore Ravens’ Elvis Dumervil sells Florida home at loss for $2.15 million

Elvis Dumervil, the Baltimore Ravens' linebacker, has reportedly sold his home in Parkland, Fla., for $2.15 million, about $150,000 under his original asking price.

Dumervil listed the home last month for $2.3 million, the same price he paid for the home in September 2013. The only upside of the sale was that it sold pretty fast, just in a month's time.

The Realtor Blog broke news of the sale.

Located in the exclusive "Heron Bay estate" section of Heron Bay, the custom-built Mediterranean-styled pad spans an area of 7,900 square feet. Comprised of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the house has soaring high beamed and tray ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and hardwood flooring.

Living spaces include a formal living area, a dining place, a gourmet kitchen with multiple islands, a game room, a theater and a nursery. Outside, the home has a pool with an attached spa, a kitchen and seating area that overlooks a golf course and a lake.
