Celebrity Real Estate: Tom Coughlin Lists Townhouse in Park Ridge, NJ on the Market; But It Doesn’t Mean He'll Retire Soon

Tom Coughlin and His Wife Judy are selling their townhouse in Park Ridge, NJ. The property is listed on the market for sale but it doesn't mean he will retire soon. The main reason is that he just wants to downsize his home.

Tom Coughlin has been looking to downsize for almost a year, and selling his house is not an indication of any retirement plans - anyone who has spent a few moments around Coughlin will not be surprised about this.

Coughlin has already purchased a smaller townhouse in Wyckoff, NJ for $720,000. He bought the smaller house about six months ago, and Coughlin is getting ready to move in. The downsizing is quite advantageous for Coughlin as the new home is located closer to his grandchildren.

As reported by the New York Post the house of Coughlin in Park Ridge, where he lived since becoming Titans mind coach in 2004, is listed on the market for $1.175 million. The 4,287-square-foot home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms is located in the Bears Nest gated community. According to the records, the asking price of the house is $50,000 less than what Coughlin paid for it 12 years ago.

The head coach also owns a home in Atlantic Beach, Fla. during the time when he was head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Archynety said after listing their house on the market, Coughlin and wife Judy have already bought a more compact townhouse several weeks ago in Wyckoff, NJ and they are now on the point of relocating.

The house where Coughlin has lived since 2004 is up for sale for $1.175 million. The 4,287-square-foot home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and located within the Bears Nest gated community.
