Dolly Parton, the country songstress, is reportedly selling her home in West Hollywood for $1.39 million.
The home has a celebrity history. It was once the childhood home of actress Natalie Wood. Parton paid $1.2 million for the residence in 2007, reports The Trulia Blog.
Listing records of the home state that the residence spans an area of 1,091 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place has several porches, tiled terraces and a detached car garage, which has been converted into a guest cottage - all encompassed in a gated compound.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings and glass doors and windows. The architecture is a mix of Spanish and Mediterranean and the place looks a little outdated too. However, with some renovation, the place could be a cozy abode for a small family.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the Parton maintains a fairly large property portfolio with several homes in Tennessee, Nashville and Brentwood.
Meanwhile, Parton's latest album "Blue Smoke" is doing quite well. Parton is set off on a tour across the U.K. with some U.S. dates.
Talking about the album Parton tells the Los Angeles Times:
"This album tends to have more of the bluegrass-country flavor," she said. "We used all the bluegrass instruments. One of the reasons I called it 'Blue Smoke' is that it has a tinge of the bluegrass of the Smoky Mountains - a mountain music flavor. The 'Blue Smoke' song is about a heartbreak train called Blue Smoke."
At 68, Parton says she has a lot more to accomplish. She tells the Belfast telegraph:
"I still have a lot of other business things I want to do. I just think it's the love of it. I just really try to keep my creative hat on. I just love to write, I love to think. I love the business end of things. I love to work. Energy begets energy. And dreams beget dreams. So I just keep on keeping on."
