Sandra Bullock Is A Proud Mom Again; Introduces Her New Adopted Child, Describes Pressure of Keeping Her Daughter's Privacy

Sandra Bullock is not only famous; she also has a big heart for children, which is evident by her growing family.

The Academy Award-winning actress has revealed to People that she has adopted another child from a foster home in Louisiana, 3 1/5-year old Laila (pronounced Lila). Bullock's first child, Louis, now 5, is also from Louisiana.

She shares that "the exact children came to her at exactly the right time." Prior to Laila's introduction to the family and to Hollywood, so to speak, there were already rumors about a new child but she managed to put it under wraps.

"When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here," says Bullock.

The process of adding another member to the family began three years ago. The mom of two says that it was spearheaded by Louis. The siblings have now formed an inseparable  bond but at first, it took a lot of patience and reassurance before they managed to take her little girl home. There was also the intense pressure to keep the child's privacy, which, Bullock says, much like witness protection.

"I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren't going anywhere," she fondly says of her daughter, who has brought "pink and glitter in the house mixed with Legos and Batmans."

Photographer Bryan Randall, whom she has been dating, took the lovely photos of Bullock featured in People Magazine and her children.

It seems that her family is closing this year in high spirits. People, CNN reports, have named bullock most beautiful woman in April. She was 50 years old at that time (she's now 51) and the oldest woman to top the list.

The issue of the magazine containing the interview will be available on newsstands on Friday, Dec. 4.
