Paul Lukather, the actor best known for lending his voice to "Vorador" in the famous video game series "Legacy of Kain", has reportedly listed his home in Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles, for $1.46 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the listing. Public records of the home show that it went on and off the market several times, last listed for the same price in March. However, it was de-listed a month later and seems to have resurfaced now.
The single-family residence is a 4,544 square-feet residence comprising of six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Sitting on a 4.10-acre lot, the house offers lovely views of the hills and ample outdoor-recreation area.
The house is a Spanish-colonial multi-level residence that was built by artchitect Charles M. Hutchison in 1930. Renovated, restored and updated throughout the years, the house is a mixture of old-world charm and modern ideas.
Interiors of the residence feature tiled and hardwood flooring, wood beamed and coffered ceilings and glass doors and windows.
Living space includes formal dining and drawing rooms, a library, a family room and multiple dressing and storage areas.
Outside, the house has a pool, a large garden, an outdoor fireplace and parking area. There are two separate guest houses too.
The listing lies with Deborah Kay Sanchez of Century 21 Discovery. It describes the residence as an "Enchanting Estate" and The Castle" - as this property has been referred to over the past 83 years, is perched on a mountain top well-known to native Californian's as having some of the most private scenic and majestic views in the San Gabriel Valley."
