In her statement via British Vogue, she says, "yeah, I'm an athletic person. But I love my body because I know what it's been through to be what it is, and honestly I'm not going to change for someone who is depressed about their life." She was also insulted for being 'too big' to walk on the VS Catwalk, but she answered by saying that the VS Angels aren't going anywhere and most of all, plus-size models aren't going anywhere.
Gigi has always been badgered about her size from detractors, but she maintains she is confident and secure about her figure, after all, her body is absolutely to die for! She proudly declares that she won't be changing anything about her body for the sake of her followers.
