Sacha Baron Cohen’s Hollywood Hills home up for Rent at $85,000 a month

It's raining rentals in Hollywood. Sacha Baron Cohen, the British comedic actor, is the latest celebrity to put up his Hollywood Hills home for rent at an asking price of $85,000 a month.

The Real Estalker is reporting that the "Borat" actor is looking for a tenant for his plush Hollywood Hills pad that he and his wife Isla Fischer bought for $14 million in 2010.

Describing it as a "park-like property", the blog notes that the four-acre parcel has a main house spanning an area of 5,377 square feet. The residence has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Listing records don't provide much information about the interiors but the blog explains that the estate boasts of a mixed architecture. Apart from the main home, there is a separate guest cottage, a wine room and a servant's quarter. A swimming pool, expansive gardens with a tennis court and a clubhouse are also part of the luxury property.

While, Cohen and Fischer are renting their Mulholland Drive home out, they also have their other Hollywood Hills home up for sale at $2.59 million. The house was re-listed in February last year after it failed to find a buyer with its $2.9 million price tag. The couple had offered it for a monthly lease of $9,950 before putting it up for sale.

While Cohen's real estate deals are taken care of, he is now all set on filming his next comedy "Grimsby", a Louis Leterrier-directed comedy for Sony Pictures that the "Borat" himself has scripted. Cohen will reportedly play an idiotic football fan, a hooligan hailing from Grimsby Town - a fishing town in England.

Locals of the town are hoping that Cohen will recreate the same effect that "Borat" made to Kazakhstan. Cohen has already started researching on the character, visiting the town to feel the essence. He reportedly wore a "Mariners" shirt to cheer for the local football team, reports Daily Star.
