All affiliate agents and brokers of RE/MAX, a global franchisor of real estate brokerage services, have been given free access to the all new version of responsive single page websites and a mobile-friendly lead management system.
"These new tools reflect significant changes in online consumer behavior. Mobile usage of remax.com has more than doubled in just two years and it's important for RE/MAX agents to be accessible to their clients," said Tim Drouillard, Senior Vice President, Information Technology at RE/MAX, LLC.
According to their press release in PR Newswire, agents and offices affiliated with RE/MAX will be provided with their own single page websites that will have a fresh contemporary design with intuitive functionality. The sites will be pre-posted with agent information. Agents will have authority to modify design elements and add personal information, including their promotional videos, and reviews.
Social Media Platforms combined with social broadcasting and social prospecting can provide agents with new tools to be in sync with clients and eventually develop their businesses.
"Responsive websites and a customer relationship management system (CRM) that are both mobile friendly makes it easier for RE/MAX agents and their clients to get access to the information they need quickly," said Drouillard. "Adapting to consumer interests, RE/MAX agents will be better equipped to provide a higher level of customer service in a very competitive real estate environment."
In line with the launch of their new mobile-friendly online tools, RE/MAX also upgraded LeadStreet, an online lead management and CRM system of RE/MAX, to a mobile-responsive design. Agents will now have the ability to interact with their listings, contacts, and leads through their smart phones and have the added benefit of combining their internet leads into a single online system.
The upgrade of LeadStreet and the introduction of responsive websites are only the first phase of a larger technology initiative being developed by RE/MAX, LLC. The second phase will launch a newly designed remax.com with improved mobile functionality in the first quarter of 2016.
