"Young and Restless" spoilers from She Knows Soaps indicate that things are about to get messy between Nick, Sage, Adam and Chelsea. As seen on last Friday's episode of the CBS soap, Sage had a hard time after attending Sharon and Dylan's christening for baby Sullivan. Nick tried to comfort Sage, but the latter insisted on being alone, and instead spent her time with Chelsea and Adam.
In the upcoming episodes of the series, Y&R spoilers detail that Sage will continue to stay in Adam and Chelsea's guestroom, which will only cause issues for Nick and Chelsea. Nick will try to visit her and try to let her open up her feelings to him, but Adam will be getting in the way. Adam will prevent Nick from talking to Sage, but Nick will refuse to listen to him, as he is still Sage's husband.
"Young and the Restless" spoilers from the outlet also seemingly hint that Chelsea will begin to feel worried about Sage's presence at home, as she will catch Sage and Adam getting too close for comfort. Add that to the fact that Victor knows about Adam's secret and is using it to keep him on his side.

The outlet noted that Jenner's addition to the series may help boost the show's ratings, as the transgender storyline from "The Bold and the Beautiful" helped boost the show.
